stretchly 0.14.0 released

Hi there guys, I am really happy to release version 0.14.0 of stretchly. You can download it from github.

stretchly is cross-platform open source app that reminds you to take breaks when working with computer.

• make sure windows offset is integer
• minor translations issues
• macOS fullscreen mode

• allows user to not show new version notification via config file
• Czech translations for interface
• Chinese translations for interface
• German translations for interface

• texts in windows are not selectable (except debug info)
